三、AGREE II评价清单
(一) AGREE II评价清单
AGREE II 评价清单包括6个独立领域共计23个主要条目，以及2个总体评估条目。每个领域对应指南质量评价的一个特定问题。详见表3。
领域1. 范围和目的：涉及指南的总目的，特定卫生问题和目标人群(条目1-3)。
领域2. 参与人员：涉及指南开发小组构成的合理程度，并能代表目标使用人群的观点(条目4-6)。
领域3. 开发的严谨性：涉及证据的收集和综合过程、证据到推荐建议的转化、陈述和更新推荐建议的方法(条目7-14)。
领域4. 表达的清晰性：涉及指南的语言、结构及表现形式(条目15-17)。
领域5. 应用性：涉及指南实施过程中的有利条件和潜在不利因素及其改进策略，以及应用指南涉及的相关资源问题(条目18-21)。
领域6. 编辑的独立性：涉及指南推荐建议的产生不受赞助单位和小组成员相关利益竞争的影响和左右 (条目22-23)。
全面评价包括对指南质量的全面评估，以及是否推荐在实践中使用该指南。
