定性研究(Qualitative research)，是研究者根据深入访谈、参与式观察、查询档案或记录获得的研究对象的主观资料，通过分析、归类、提炼，找出某些共同特性和内涵，用文字阐述研究结果的一种研究方法。定性研究常用的质量评价工具有Joanna Briggs循证卫生保健中心质性研究评价标准(JBI-QARI)、关键质量评估技能项目(Critical appraisal skills programme, CASP)、Evaluation for qualitative research和COREQ。本文主要介绍澳大利亚Joanna Briggs Institute质性研究评价标准(JBI-QARI)。

一、JBI-QARI的使用方法
澳大利亚Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI)循证卫生保健研究中心是一个国际研究组织，总部设在南澳的阿德莱德大学的健康和医学科学学院。JBI开发并提供独特的循证信息、软件、教育和培训，旨在改善医疗实践和健康结果。JBI拥有70多个合作实体，服务于90多个国家，是循证医疗领域公认的全球领导者。
证据合成的核心是对特定干预措施、状态或问题香港文献进行系统综述。系统性综述基本上是对现有文献(即证据)的分析和对实践有效性或其他方面的判断，涉及一系列复杂的步骤。 JBI主要关注什么是证据，以及用于综合这些不同类型证据的方法。根据这种更广泛的证据观，JBI开发了理论、方法和严格的流程，用于对这些不同形式的证据进行批判性评估和综合，以帮助医疗保健的临床决策。JBI目前已有指南设计有效性研究、定性研究、患病率/发病率研究、病因/风险研究、卫生经济学评价、诊断准确性研究等多个方面。
JBI-QARI评价清单共计10个条目，每项以“是”“否”“不清楚”“不适用”进行评价。质量评价结果所有条目都满足标准评定为A ，满足部分标准评定为B，均不满足评定为 C。
